continuous vs future tense

i m bit confused between present tense, present continuous and future tense as they all look alike
for eg:
1. Sita comes - Sita vasthundhi
2. Sita is coming - Sita vasthuu unnadhi
3. Sita will come - Sita vasthundhi
are the above three right? if so, the 1) and 3) are same, right?

in this page i see the present (undhi) and present continuous (uu undhi) being used interchangeable, so it is kind of confusing!!

someone please clarify.
